ARALDITE® 2053-15 A/B is a toughened two-component methacrylate structural adhesive for bonding metals, composites and plastics. It provides a 15-minute open time, high flexibility and excellent resistance to ageing and weathering. Supplied in a 480 ml dual cartridge.

ARALDITE® 2053-15 A/B is a high-performance, two-component methacrylate adhesive developed for durable structural bonding. It bonds a wide range of metals, composites and plastics with minimal surface preparation, making it suitable for transportation, industrial manufacturing and other demanding applications.
The adhesive offers a 15-minute open time, providing enough time to apply, position and align larger or more complex components. After curing, its toughened and flexible formulation withstands vibration, impact, thermal movement and changing environmental conditions. With up to 60% elongation at break, it is particularly suitable for joining dissimilar materials with different thermal expansion rates.
The non-sagging, dark-grey adhesive is supplied in a 480 ml dual cartridge for controlled dispensing and automatic mixing. It withstands operating temperatures up to +100°C and temporary E-coat curing processes up to +200°C.
